Lumileed Warranty Policy

At Lumileed Productions Inc. (“Lumileed”), we are committed to providing you with exceptional products that stand the test of time. We believe in the quality of our clothing, and to demonstrate our confidence, we offer a One Year Warranty on all our products. This warranty reflects our dedication to durability, and your satisfaction.

Terms and Conditions:

Proof of Purchase: To benefit from our warranty, a valid proof of purchase within 12 months of placing the order is required. Please retain your original receipt or order confirmation as evidence of the transaction.

Visible Damage: The warranty covers manufacturing defects and material flaws that result in visible damage. This includes, stitching issues, faulty zippers, or fabric defects that impact the overall integrity of the garment.

Exclusions: While our products are built to last, they are not indestructible. The warranty does not cover (i) damage caused by abuse, misuse, neglect, lack of care/maintenance; (ii) normal wear and tear, deterioration within expected limits, including fading, pilling, or minor fraying over time; (iii) damage caused by third parties; (iv) damage caused by you or users and persons under your responsibility.

Care Instructions Compliance: We take pride in providing detailed care instructions for our garments. The warranty is void if the product has been damaged due to non-compliance with these care instructions, such as the use of bleach, improper laundering, or exposure to harsh chemicals.

It is at the company’s sole discretion, to decide to not accept a request and the reasons will be communicated to the client, for example if there are grounds to believe that the damages were due to your usage of our products.

How to Make a Warranty Claim:

Contact Customer Service: If you believe your product is eligible for a warranty claim, please contact our Customer Service team at contact@lumileed.com. They will guide you through the process and provide instructions on returning the item.

Return Authorization: Before returning the item, you must obtain authorization from our Customer Service team. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to Lumileed. However, if the claim is deemed valid, we will cover the cost of returning the repaired or replaced item to you.

Resolution Options:

Upon inspection and validation of your warranty claim, Lumileed will offer one of the following resolutions, at our discretion:

  1. Replacement with a new, equivalent item.
  2. Store credit for the original purchase amount.
